We couldn’t have found a house in Paris more charming than Peupliers 5. And we spent a lot of time making this house special.

The ground floor contains the open plan kitchen, living, and dining room, with enough space for everyone to work from home in their pajamas. This opens out onto the garden, perfect for that summer barbecue. Movie nights are picture-perfect thanks to the underground cinema room, and the clever space-saving ideas we had in the bedrooms are a delight!

The 13th Arrondissement is fast becoming one of the coolest places to live in Paris. And it has something for everyone, the National Library and a start-up incubator for starters! It hosts the city’s Chinatown, in fact, the biggest Asian supermarket in Paris is just two streets away! You can walk up to the Place D’Italie for an after-work drink (and catch the metro back).

Working from home? Grab a bibimbap on your lunch break in the Asian quarter, then walk it off in one of the numerous parks near the house or just use the house’s private gym.
