La chambre est disponible pour le 1er novembre. Si vous souhaitez arriver avant, on peut tout à fait s’arranger pour la date d’arrivée.

Are you arriving in Montreal soon or looking for a new place to live? I’m moving out and a room is becoming available in our large, fully furnished and equipped apartment shared by 3 roommates.

📍 Convenient location
The apartment is located 650 m (7 minutes walking) from Préfontaine Metro station (Green Line).

You can easily reach:

* Downtown in 20 minutes by metro or by bike.
* Parc La Fontaine and the Plateau-Mont-Royal in 10 to 15 minutes by bike.
* A Maxi supermarket and a Pharmaprix, both just 5 minutes away on foot.

🏡 The apartment
Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it includes:

The room is available for November 1st. If you would like to move in earlier, we can definitely arrange a different move-in date.
