Une chambre se libère dans notre petit coin de paradis !

Nous sommes donc à la recherche d’un.e coloc sympathique (de préférence femme à partir de la trentaine) pour partager notre lieu de vie.

La maison est située dans un quartier calme et verdoyant (Koningsloo – à 1800 Vilvoorde mais à deux pas du quartier De Wand (1020)). Parking gratuit devant la porte, à proximité du ring et à 15-20 minutes à pied des transports en commun (tram 10 (Zavelput), 7 (araucaria), 19 (De Wand) + bus).

Elle est plein de good vibes, spacieuse et agréable, avec un grand jardin – pour les bbq en été, profiter d’un écrin de verdure ou même lancer un potager si le cœur vous en dit – ainsi qu’une terrasse couverte où il fait bon prendre son petit dej le matin sous les rayons du soleil ou simplement prendre l'air au calme jusque tard dans la saison ☀️ Grande salle de bain partagée avec des espaces de rangement pour chaque colocataire + 1 toilette supplémentaire au rdc. Grande cuisine équipée et salon, buanderie avec machine à laver et séchoir, espace rangement vélo/matériel de jardin.

Ambiance chill où chacun a son espace tout en appréciant les rencontres et moments d'échange improvisés. La maison dispose de 3 chambres, où vivent actuellement Brune – 41 ans (francais/anglais) – et Ameen – 35 ans (anglais/nérlandais). La troisième chambre se libèrera prochainement et s’apprête donc à accueillir une nouvelle coloc qui viendra à son tour apporter sa belle énergie dans la maison, en contribuant à créer une dynamique permettant à chacun.e de s’y sentir bien et de faire vivre ce petite havre de paix 😊 Quant à moi, 36 ans, avocate dans une autre vie, puis chargée de projet en alimentation durable, prof de yoga et surtout voyageuse au long court, j’occupe un espace aménagé communiquant avec la maison quand je suis présente mais qui se privatise pour des locations courte durée lorsque je suis à l’étranger. J’aurai donc le plaisir d’également partager la maison avec vous lorsque je serai de passage en Belgique, mais ce ne sera que de manière ponctuelle.

LOYER : 500 euros+ 100 euros de provision pour charges (eau, gaz, électricité, wifi et TV) + frais de ménage des communs et du jardin.
DUREE : 6 mois -1 an renouvelable.

Hello !

A room is getting available in our house !

We are looking for a friendly roommate (preferably female in their thirties-fourties) to share our living space.

The house is located in a quiet and green neighborhood (Koningsloo – in 1800 Vilvoorde, but just a stone's throw from the De Wand area (1020)). There is free parking right outside the door, it’s close to the ring, and a 15-minute walk away from public transport (tram 10 (Zavelput), 7 (araucaria), 19 (De Wand) + bus).

The house is full of good vibes, spacious and pleasant, with a large garden – for bbq and chill out with the sound of the birds, or even start a veggie garden if you feel like it – and a covered terrace that is perfect for having breakfast under the sun in the morning or just enjoying the fresh air until late in the season ☀️ Large shared bathroom with storage space for each roommate + 1 additional toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The atmosphere is chill, where everyone has their space while enjoying spontaneous encounters and moments of exchange. The house has 3 bedrooms, currently occupied by Brune – 41 years old (FR/EN) – and Ameen – 35 years old (EN/DU). The third room is about to welcome a new roommate who will bring her positive energy to the house, helping to create a dynamic where everyone feels good and to keep alive this little piece of haven 😊 As for me, I’m 36 years old, former attorney, then project manager in sustainable food, yoga teacher, and an explorer deep down who´s abroad most of the time. I occupy a space that connects to the house when I’m there and which is privatized for short-term rentals when I’m abroad. I will therefore also have the pleasure of sharing the house with you when I'm in Belgium.

AVAILABILITY: Arrival between late September and October 10th
RENT: 500 euros + 100 euros as a provision for expenses (water, gas, electricity, wifi, and weekly cleaning of common areas) + fees for the cleaning of the commons and garden.
SHORT TERM RENT 6 months – 1year (renewable).
