Je propose à la sous location mon appartement dès mi-février jusqu'à fin Juin. C'est un appartement T3 en duplex de 57 m²( 2 chambres doubles), situé rue d’Endoume, au niveau de Saint-Victor.

L’appartement est très bien situé avec une vue dégagée sur la mer, entièrement équipé à 10min à pied de la plage des catalans.

La pièce de nuit principale est à l'étage, lit double avec placard de rangement, table de chevet.
La seconde chambre est en bas ( Bureau chambre d'ami) avec un canapé lit double.

L'appartement est très bien aménager, agréable à vivre, très lumineux.

Je recherche de préférence des non-fumeurs et des personnes qui apprécient les plantes, pour en prendre soin durant leur séjour.
Les fluides ( électricité et eau sont à régler sur consommation réel).

Subletting a duplex two-bedroom apartment (T3) mid-February until the end of june 2026. Sea view – Rue d’Endoume (Saint-Victor)

I am offering my apartment for subletting from mid February until the end of june. It is a 57 m² duplex T3 apartment located on Rue d’Endoume, in the Saint-Victor area.

The apartment is very well located with an open sea view, fully equipped, and just a 10-minute walk from Catalans Beach.

The main bedroom is upstairs, with a double bed, storage closet, and bedside table.
The second is downstairs, ( office, guest room) with a convertible sofa bed.

The apartment is very well laid out, pleasant to live in, and very bright.

I am preferably looking for non-smokers and people who appreciate plants, as I would like them to take care of them during their stay.
Utilities (electricity and water) are to be paid based on actual consumption.
