Je ne serai pas à Paris le weekend du 20 fevrier jusqu'à la soirée de 23 fevrier et je souhaite donc sous-louer mon studio.

Il s’agit d’un appartement de 20 m² situé dans le 11ème arrondissement (à 300 mètres du métro Voltaire – ligne 9). Il comprend un lit double, un canapé convertible, une cuisine, une salle de bain et des toilettes. Il est également bien meublé : lave-linge, mini-four, machine à café, grande table de travail, petite table à manger et deux chaises. Idéal pour une personne seule ou un couple.

Le loyer est de 60 € par nuit. Pour la totalité du séjour, je suis ouverte à discuter le prix !

I will be away from Paris from February 20th to 23rd, so I am looking to sublet my studio.

It’s a 20 sqm apartment in the 11th arrondissement (300 meters from Voltaire metro station – line 9). It has a double bed, a convertible sofa, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. Fully furnished with a washing machine, mini oven, coffee machine, large work desk, small dining table, and two chairs. Perfect for a single person or a couple.

Rent is €60 per night. I’m open to negotiating the price for the full stay!
