Je sous-loue ma chambre du 02/06 au 17/06 car je suis en voyage. Le loyer sera de 350 € pour une période de 2 semaines (date flexible)

L'appartement est au 9e étage avec un grand séjour, cuisine, salle de bains avec toilettes séparées, et surtout un grand balcon!
La chambre donne une vue sympa sur le Sacré-Cœur et tout Montmartre. L'appartement est à 5 min à pied entre les stations de métro Riquet et Crimée (ligne 7) et 10 minutes à canal de l'Ourq

Nous cherchons une fille idéalement entre 23 et 36 ans, respectueuse, propre, du style de vie du travail (calme pendant la semaine et on peut inviter des potes en week-end)

Tu vas habiter avec deux autres filles: Margot (30) et Mara (27). Margot est graphiste et travaille dans une épicerie, Mara est architecte dans un cabinet à la porte de la Villette.

Les deux apprécient partager des moments ensemble (brunchs, apéros, movie nights), mais surtout, on respecte l’espace personnel de chacune. Nous sommes queer- et trans-friendly, et contre toute forme de racisme, homophobie, misogynie et sexisme.

I'm subletting my room from April 4th to May 9th while I'm traveling. The rent will be €900 for 5 weeks (€720 per month; dates are flexible).

The apartment is on the 9th floor and has a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with a separate toilet, and, most importantly, a large balcony!

The room has a nice view of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica and all of Montmartre. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Riquet and Crimée metro stations (line 7) and 10 minutes from the Canal de l'Ourcq.

We're looking for a girl, ideally between 23 and 36 years old, respectful, clean, and with a work-life balance (quiet during the week, and we can invite friends over on weekends).

You'll be living with two other girls: Margot (30) and Mara (27). Margot is a graphic designer and works in a grocery store; Mara is an architect in a firm near Porte de la Villette.

We both enjoy spending time together (brunches, happy hours, movie nights), but above all, we respect each other's personal space. We are queer- and trans-friendly, and against all forms of racism, homophobia, misogyny, and sexism.
