Suite au départ de Tanja, nous recherchons quelqu’un pour reprendre sa chambre en coloc.
De mon côté, je m’appelle Sara et je vis actuellement à Paris depuis 2 mois. Ma chambre est donc occupée temporairement par Clarisse en sous-location jusqu’à fin avril ✨
La coloc reste à deux personnes, et nous cherchons quelqu’un de sympa pour rejoindre l’aventure 😊

L'appart est très beau, spacieux (92m2) lumineux. entièrement meublé. Très bien situé. Quartier Jacques Kablé, à côté des Contades.

Il est composé de 2 grandes chambres, 1 salon avec balcon, 1 cuisine avec balcon, 1 salle de bain avec fenêtre + 1 bureau.

Chambre meublée avec lit, matelas, sommier etc, 2 armoirs à roulettes, miroir et penderie

Le loyer de 732 Euros inclut les charges (hors électricité wifi qui sont à 40 euros en tout environ).

C'est possible de venir visiter l'appart en vrai et/ou se faire une visio :)

Il n'y a pas de durée de location minimale.

Following Tanja’s departure, we’re looking for someone to take over her room in the shared apartment.
My name is Sara, and I’ve been living in Paris for the past two months. My room is therefore temporarily occupied by Clarisse under a sublet until the end of April ✨
The flatshare remains for two people, and we’re looking for someone friendly to join the adventure 😊

The apartment is very beautiful, spacious (92 sqm), bright, and fully furnished. Very well located in the Jacques Kablé area, next to Les Contades.

It consists of two large bedrooms, a living room with a balcony, a kitchen with a balcony, a bathroom with a window, and an office.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, mattress, bed base, two rolling wardrobes, a mirror, and a clothes rail.

The rent is €732, including charges (excluding electricity and Wi-Fi, approx. €40 in total).

It’s possible to visit the apartment in person and/or arrange a video tour 🙂

There is no minimum rental duration.
