Je mets ma chambre de 18m2 en sous-location du 28 janvier à la mi voir fin mars 2026 (date exacte encore à voir avec extension possible en avril!). Je suis danseuse et je bosse souvent à l'étranger :)

La chambre est meublée et prend la lumière du matin :) Idéal si tu cherches un petit pied à terre en attendant de trouver l'appart strasbourgeois de tes rêves !

L'appartement en lui-même fait environ 115m², au 4e étage sans ascenseur, avec un balcon côte nord-ouest pour voir les jolis couchers de soleil 😎
Le bâtiment dispose également d'une cour intérieure pour garer votre vélo. (Genre un peu dégueu mais on fait avec)
A 10 min de la gare et du centre-ville à pied, Le tram B ainsi que les bus sont à quelques mètres de l'appart. À 2 min à pied, tu trouveras une boulangerie, un bureau de tabac, une laverie, une supérette

Appartement queer et LGBTQIA+ friendly qui aime la propreté !
Dans la coloc il y a Quentin et Romain bossant tous les deux dans le service. Quentin travaille aussi à la maison dans l'atelier de couture quelques jours par semaine. On vit en coloc par choix et aime partager des moments ensemble tout en respectant l'espace de chacun.es :)

I am subletting my 18m2 room from january 28th to mid/end of march ( exact date to be arranged and possibility of an extension in april). I am a dancer and travel a lot for work :)

The room is furnished and catches the morning light! Ideal if you are looking for a little place to stay while waiting to find the Strasbourg apartment of your dreams!

The apartment itself is about 115m², on the 4th floor without elevator, with a balcony on the northwest side to see the pretty sunsets 😎
The building also has an interior courtyard to park bikes. (Kind of gross but we make it work)
10 minutes from the train station and the city center on foot, tram B as well as buses are a few meters from the apartment. 5 min walk, you will find a bakery, a tabac, a laundromat, a little market ...

Queer and LGBTQIA+ flatshare that likes to keep everything clean and neat!
In the flat there are Quentin and Romain who both work service in the city. Quentin also works at home in his sewing atelier the second half of the week. We like to share moments together while respecting everyone's space :)
