The unit comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, and the room is furnished, with the option to buy the furniture for a symbolic price if you'd like to keep it.

You'd be sharing the space with one roommate: a 21-year-old woman who's friendly, easygoing, and low-key. The vibe is calm and respectful, with everyone doing their own thing while still being on good terms. It's a great fit for someone chill who's into video games, art, and/or animation, though that's just a bonus, not a requirement.

The lease runs until June 30, 2027, with move-in available October 1st (or sooner if needed).
