I am renting several rooms in a big house located in the very nice and safe city of Sainte Foy Les Lyon, which is 15mn from Lyon by bus.

The house was built in the early 1900s, and is full of charm.
There is a large garden were students can rest or have lunch/dinner.

The area is very quiet, you can reach shops and supermarkets by walking 10mn.

To go to Lyon Perrache railway station takes 15/20mn by bus.

There are 4 rooms. Students share their own bathroom, toilets, kitchen and living room for rooms #2, #3 and #4.
Room #1 has its own bathroom plus a small mezzanine.

Rooms, kitchen and living room are fully furnished.
High speed Wifi.
All charges included (water, heating).

The landlord is a retired lady who lives in another part of the house.
