We have 1 private bedroom to rent with students/young pro roommates starting on May 1st, 2026 in Verdun neighborhood (De l’Église metro, green line).

Price is 650$/month all included:

➡ Fully equipped appartement with washer/dryer
➡ Cleaning service of the common spaces every 2 weeks
➡Also include these “home basics”: toilet paper, dish/laundry/hand soap, garbage/compost bags.

Single occupancy, no smoking, no animals. In Verdun, 6min walk from métro De L’Église and all services.

The apartment have 4 bedrooms total : so you'd be living with 3 roommates, 3 girls (Juli, Pai and Folakemi), young pro /student in their mid 20s/early 30s. We're looking for someone in similar age range, clean and respectful of common spaces, and friendly 😊
Due to the international nature of our rental, the common language of communication is english.

Please note that the payment of the 1st month of rent is due at the signature of the lease. It is not a “deposit”.

About us: Adam and Nathalie are the landlords and we live on the ground floor of the building 😊
