I’m moving out and leaving my cozy room in a lovely shared house located just around the corner from Square Ambiorix and only a 10-minute walk from Schuman metro station and European institutions!
🏡 The house has 3 floors and is shared with 6 flatmates. The vibe is friendly, respectful, and international.
🛏️ The room is about 12 m² and will be available from the end of September / early October. It’s on the second floor, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom and toilet with the two flatmates on the same floor.
💸 Rent: €790 all included (Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, hot water, and bi monthly cleaning of the common areas).
🛋️ Shared spaces include:
• A cozy living room with a small balcony
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A dining area
• Washing machine and dryer available
👫 Current flatmates: 2 French people, 1 Greek, 1 Spanish, and 1 Belgian; 3 girls and 2 boys. Everyone is social, easygoing, and also respectful of each other’s space.
