Hello travelers,

I am subletting (sous-location) 1 cozy bedroom starting Jan 1 (short stays only, preferably to someone 28yo and above).

My apartment is located a block away from Convention Metro stop (line 12 is very practical). The Tramway is also nearby.

The apartment was recently refurbished and re-decorated with taste (hardwood floor, moldings, Prussian style cast-iron fireplace). The kitchen is fully equipped (induction stove, convection oven, dish washer, etc.).
The building is of Haussmanian style, typical of Parisian architecture.

About me: I am French / Greek, 39yo and an assistant lecturer at the university. I also speak English, Spanish, and Catalan.
In the past, I have lived many years in the US and also some time in Brazil and Spain.

I am looking for a tenant with an open-minded and curious attitude.

About the neighborhood:
The neighborhood is really neat and welcoming. There is a farmers market right down the street 3 times a week (only visited by locals).

The Champs de Mars / Eiffel tower is 25 min away on foot. Line 12 will get you to most places in no time.
