Je mets en sous-location ma chambre meublée du 1er février au 1er mars dans ma colocation, située près de la place d’Italie (5 minutes à pied).

Il s’agit d’un appartement un peu atypique et plein de charme, partagé par trois personnes. Vous disposerez d’une grande chambre avec balcon, et aurez bien sûr accès aux espaces communs : salon, cuisine et salle de bain.

La colocation est composée de deux chouettes colocataires : Antoine (paysagiste) et Ilyes (qui travaille dans la musique). L’ambiance est très bonne : on partage parfois des repas ensemble, tout en étant chacun bien occupé par nos vies respectives.

Je libérerai de l’espace dans la chambre afin que vous puissiez vous y sentir à l’aise pendant le mois.

I am subletting my furnished room from February 1st to March 1st in my shared apartment, located near Place d’Italie (5-minute walk).

The apartment is a bit atypical and full of charm, shared by three people. You will have a large bedroom with a balcony, and of course access to the common areas: living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

You will be sharing the flat with two lovely roommates: Antoine (a landscape gardener) and Ilyes (who works in the music industry). We get along very well and sometimes share meals together, while also being busy with our own lives.

I will clear some space in the bedroom so that you can feel comfortable during your stay.
