The rent is 500EUR per month (all bills included) therefore 1500EUR for three months. A downpayment for all three months is required prior to moving in. No deposit required.

The flat is located few minutes walk from the Bobigny - Pantin - Reymond Queneau Metro station (line nr 5), 5mins walk from the shopping markets, and pubs/restaurnts by the canal de l'ourcq.
