Artist ( landscape photographer ) looking for a flat mate to share a large designed apartment / Loft style with lots of light. The room is 20M2 and is available from the 9th of march.
It comes with a large wardrobe. ( Old brick factory transformed in apartments by architects ).
The apartement is located in aubervilliers line 12 mairie Aubervillers Line 7 ( Quatres chemins / Bus 150 and 170 ) RER B la courneuve will take you to Saint Michel station in 15mn. The apartement has its own garden. It is peaceful. Close to the mairie d'Aubervilliers with vegetable markets 3 times a week, supermarkets etc.
Looking for someone responsible and fairly quiet.
