Une chambre se libère pour l’été dans notre super coloc de 3 personnes à Crissier:

Durée:
- Du 5 juillet au 6 septembre (flexible sur l’arrivée et sur le départ), avec peut-être une possibilité de prolongation jusqu’à fin Janvier 2027

La chambre:
- Chambre spacieuse (18m²), 2 fenêtres, meublée
- Loyer 800chf sans les charges (+ charges environ 60chf par mois)
- Caution: 1000chf

L’appartement:
- Appartement spacieux (118m²), lumineux, vue sur le lac et les montagnes au loin
- Salon + salle à manger spacieux
- - 1 salle de bain avec douche+lavabo+toilettes, et 1 toilette séparé
- Equipé d’un lave vaisselle, four, congélateur... + buanderie (payante) au même étage

Accès:
- 15min en vélo de l'Unil/EPFL ; 20 min en transport
- 3 min à pied de l’arrêt de bus Crissier bourg, bus toutes les 10 min pour Renens et Lausanne centre
- Gare de Renens à 10 min en bus
- Possibilité de louer une place de parking par mois

Attention: l’appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur

A propos des locataires:
Les 2 personnes qui occuperont l’appartement en même temps que vous sont un italien qui fait son PhD en physique à l’EPFL, aime le sport (voile, ski, vélo…) et les sorties en nature; l’autre est une étudiante d’Hongrie qui fait sa recherche de Master en laboratoire (chimie) à l’EPFL, qui aime la natation et les randonnées.
Tous les deux ont des horaires de travail, sont calmes, amicaux, très respectueux de l'appartement et des voisins.
La coloc est internationale, la langue de communication est l’anglais.

Ton profil:
Nous cherchons quelqu'un de propre, de calme et d'organisé, idéalement dans la même tranche d’âge.

I am subletting my room for the summer in our 3-person flat in Crissier:

About the room:
- Spacious room (18m²), 2 windows, furnished
- Rent: CHF 800 excluding bills (+ bills approx. CHF 60 per month)
- Deposit: CHF 1,000

About the flat:
- Spacious flat (118m²), bright, with views of the lake and the mountains in the distance
- Spacious living room + dining room
- 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, and 1 separate toilet
- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, freezer... + laundry room (extra charge) on the same floor

Access:
- 15 mins by bike from UNIL/EPFL; 20 mins by public transport
- 3 mins’ walk from the Crissier Bourg bus stop, with buses every 10 mins to Renens and Lausanne city centre
- Renens station is 10 mins away by bus
- Possibility to rent a parking spot per month

Note: the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift

About the flatmates:
The two people who will be living in the flat with you are an Italian PhD student in physics at EPFL, who enjoys sports (sailing, skiing, cycling…) and outdoor activities; the other is a student from Hungary doing her Master’s research in a chemistry laboratory at EPFL, who enjoys swimming and hiking.
Both have work schedules, are quiet, friendly and very respectful of the flat and the neighbours.
The flat is international, and the language of communication is English.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is tidy, quiet and organised, ideally around the same age.
