Attraits : Situé à quelques minutes de marche du Stade olympique et de ses installations.

👥 La dynamique de colocation :
Durant le premier mois (juillet), vous serez en colocation avec Morgan, un ami qui habite le logement depuis un an. Notez qu'il quittera également l'appartement le 31 juillet.
👉 Cela veut dire qu'à partir du mois d'août (et pour le nouveau bail de septembre), vous aurez la liberté de choisir votre propre colocataire pour la deuxième chambre !
