Je loue une jolie chambre meublée dans mon appartement, à partir du 1er mars.

- Le Prix par personne : 880 Euros tout compris ( eau, gaz, électricité, internet, assurances)

- L’appartement : 150 m2, il est situé en rdc.
Il est spacieux et dispose de beaux différents espaces de détente.
Il est entièrement meublé et dispose de toutes le commodités : machine à laver, sèche linge, cuisine équipée, salle de bain avec baignoire mais aussi d’une véranda et d’un beau jardin où l’on peut se détendre et manger si le temps le permet.

- La chambre : 15 m2 (la plus grande des deux), elle est entièrement meublé (double lit, bureau, rangement, sofa lit, ).

- La localisation : Très bien situé à «Ma campagne» côté Chatelain, le tram 92 est à 5 min et la ligne 3-4 à 10 min. Tous les commerces sont à 10 minutes (Farm, Delaize, Carrefour....)

- Moi : Je travaille en tant qu’Architecte d’intérieur et Thérapeute

- La vie en communauté : J’aime voir la maison comme un lieu calme, propre et cosy où je me ressource et où je peux partager de bon repas et des moments de convivialité et d’échange. Je suis aussi assez indépendante au niveau de mes rythmes.

- Animaux : j’ai un chien, Ali, de 4 an un cocker anglais adorable.

It is spacious and has different relaxation areas.
It is fully furnished and has all the needed : washing machine, dryer, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ....), bathroom with bath and also a veranda and a beautiful garden where you can relax and eat if the weather allows.

- The room : 15 m2 (the most bigger of two), it is fully furnished (double bed, desk, storage, sofa bed).

- The location : Very well located in «Ma campagne» side Chatelain, tram 92 is 5 min away and line 3-4 is 10 min away. All shops are 10 minutes away (Farm, Delaize, Carrefour ....)

- Me : I work as an interior designer and terapist

- Community life : I like to see the house as a calm, clean and cozy place where I relax and where I can share good meals and moments of conviviality and exchange. I am also quite independent.

- Animals : I have a dog, Ali, 4 year old an adorable english cocker.
