I am an assistant lecturer at the university and I am renting out 2 fully furnished bedrooms in my apartment starting April 1 (short stays only, i.e., for one or a few months).

One bedroom has a single bed (90cm) that can turn into queen size (180cm).
Rent : 1100 euros

The other bedroom has a queen size bed (180cm), ideal for couples.
Rent: 1350 euros.

My apartment is located a block away from Convention Metro stop (line 12 is very practical). The Tramway is also nearby.

The Champs de Mars / Eiffel tower 🗼 is 25 min away on foot. Line 12 will get you to most places in no time.

The apartment was recently refurbished and re-decorated with taste (hardwood floor, moldings, Prussian style cast-iron fireplace). The kitchen is fully equipped (induction stove, convection oven, dish washer, microwave, etc.).

The building is of Haussmanian style, typical of Parisian architecture. 🥖

About me: I am French / Greek 🇫🇷 🇬🇷 39yo and an assistant lecturer at the university. I also speak English, Spanish, and Catalan.
In the past, I have lived many years in the US and also some time in Brazil and Spain.

I am looking for a tenant with an open-minded and curious attitude.

About the neighborhood:
The neighborhood is really neat and welcoming. There is a farmers market 🧑‍🌾🍋 right down the street 3 times a week (only visited by locals).

Parc Georges Brassens 🌳 is my favorite park in the area.
It has a flea market for old books every weekend. 📖
