15 m² in my 55 m² one-bedroom apartment in Paris 17.

The room is very bright and includes everything you need (clothes racks, wardrobe, table, etc.).
The furniture layout can be adjusted to your preference so you can feel at home.

The rest of the apartment is shared: living room (this is where I sleep), bathroom, and kitchen.

The room is available from now for a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of 12 months.

The apartment is located 6 minutes from Pereire metro station (line 3). There are many buses and shops within a 5-minute walk.

P.S.: there is a very friendly cat 🐈, so you must be okay with it roaming freely around the apartment, including your room during the day.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony next to the kitchen, no smoking 🚬 inside the apartment.
