Recherche colocataire T4 Jeanne d’Arc / Looking for a flatmate near Jeanne d’Arc

Bonjour à toutes et tous,

Notre colocataire s’en va vers d’autres aventures à partir du 12 juin. Nous recherchons donc une personne pour le remplacer à partir de cette date.

L’appart est un 4 pièces meublé spacieux de 85m2 dans lequel 1 chambre sera disponible. Il comporte :
- 3 chambres avec lit double, penderie et table de chevet
- Cuisine équipée, four, plaques au gaz
- Grand séjour-salle à manger
- Salle de bain avec douche, baignoire, bidet et machine à laver
- Toilette séparé
- Un balcon sympa donnant sur la rue

L’appart se situe au début de la rue Bayard, plein centre-ville, à deux pas de la station Jeanne d’Arc et Jean Jaurès :
- 5 min à pied de la place du Capitole
- 30 s à pied de la rue d’Alsace-Lorraine et de tous ses magasins
- Tout ce dont on a besoin à proximité immédiate, moins de 5min à pied (métro, gare supermarchés, magasins bio, pharmacie, banque, coiffeur, kebab, restos végé, salle de muscu, cafés, bars, départs de manifs…)
- Rue animée, mais les chambres donnent sur la cour intérieure, donc elles sont très calmes

Coté loyer :
- 443 €/mois/chambre (avance de charges incluses), à cela s’ajoutent EDF/GDF, internet et assurance, environ 50 €/mois/personne
- Caution : 400 €/chambre

Et pour nous présenter : Benoît et Thomas, ~35 ans, on aime bien se faire des weekend, sortir boire un verre ou juste se poser à l’appartement pour un repas et/ou un film.
Thomas travaille dans la météo, aime beaucoup cuisiner des produits frais en quantité excessive, perd un temps fou à se déplacer à pied dans la montagne et appelle ça du loisir. Benoît travaille dans le spatial, suit religieusement les reco Télérama, prend bien soin de sa santé et de celle des autres, sauf quand il sort son shaker. Nous faisons généralement peu de télétravail et avons des rythmes très indépendants mais c’est toujours un plaisir de se retrouver et passer un moment ensemble.
Enfin, nous aimons régulièrement avoir des amis qui viennent pour le weekend ou pour un dîner.

Hi everyone,

Our current flatmate is leaving our beautiful and well located apartment on the 12th of June. Thus, a room will be free from this date onwards, and we are looking for a new flatmate to live with us:

The apartment is a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment (85sqm), with:
- 3 bedrooms with chair, wardrobe and nightstand,
- Fully equipped kitchen,
- A large living-room,
- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine,
- Separate toilets,
- A nice balcony overlooking the street

The flat is located at the start of the rue Bayard, in the city centre, near Jeanne D’Arc and Jean Jaurès stations:
- 5 min walking time to Capitole,
- 30 s walking time to the Rue d’Alsace-Lorraine, the shopping street of Toulouse,
- everything you need can be reached by maximum 5 min walking time (train station, supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants, bakery, bank, amenity shops, hairdresser, gym…)
- The street is usually busy days and nights, but bedrooms are overlooking the interior courtyard, so they are very calm

Money money money:
- Monthly rent : 443 €/month/bedroom (charges included), remains to be added electricity, gas, internet and insurance, about 50 €/month/person
- Deposit: 400 €/bedroom

A bit more about us: Benoit and Thomas, ~35 yo, both working in Toulouse for a few years already!
Thomas works in meteorology, he likes to cook fresh products in excessive quantity, waste a large amount of time wandering in the mountains and call that a hobby. Benoît works in the aerospace industry, he religiously follows the advice of pedantic journalists for movies, takes great care of his health and others’, except when he gets his cocktail shaker out.
We rarely work from home and we have very independent schedules, but it’s always a pleasure to spend some time together.
Finally, we often like to have some friends visiting for the weekend or joining for a diner.
