Je suis Fernanda, brésilienne et étudiante en cinéma. Je propose ma chambre en sous-location à partir de fin mai/2026 et jusqu'à septembre/2026. La location est exclusivement pour des femmes ou des personnes non-binaires (LGBTQIA+ friendly).

L'appartement est situé à Villetaneuse, très bien desservi à environ 3 minutes à pied du tramway, à 15 minutes en tramway de la Gare de Saint-Denis, à 10 minutes à pied de la Gare d'Epinay-sur-Seine et à 30 minutes de la Gare du Nord (en transport : tramway + tram ou métro). Vous trouverez des pharmacies, des boulangeries et 3 supermarchés à proximité, à moins de 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement est bien organisé et propre! 😉

La chambre n'est pas partagée. Je vais vider la pièce afin que tu puisses bien ranger tes affaires. Je ne laisserai que les draps, les couettes et une serviette (si nécessaire).

Vous partagerez l'appartement avec 2 françaises très sympas. L'ambiance est multiculturelle et très conviviale, chacune ayant ses propres occupations et passions, mais nous aimons aussi partager un verre ensemble. Les visites sont permises, mais nous communiquons toujours les informations dans un groupe WhatsApp.

My name is Fernanda, I am Brazilian, a film student, and I am offering my room for SUB-LEASE from END OF MAY/2026 until END OF SEPTEMBER/2026. We locate exclusively for women or non-binary individuals (LGBTQIA+ friendly).

The apartment is in Villetaneuse. It is very well located, about a 3-minute walk from the tram, 15 minutes (by tram) from Saint-Denis Station, 10 minutes on foot from Epinay-sur-Seine Station, and 30 minutes from Gare du Nord (by tram + train or metro). There are pharmacies, bakeries, and 3 supermarkets nearby (less than 5 minutes on foot). The apartment is well organised and clean! 😉

The room is not shared. I will empty the room so that you can organize your things properly. I will leave only the sheets, comforters, and a towel (if needed).

You will share the apartment with two kindly french girls. The atmosphere is multicultural and very friendly, we all have our individual interests and busy schedules but we also enjoy sharing a drink together. Visitors are allowed, but we try to share this information in a WhatsApp group.
