Heyy c: , I’m Achraf, 29 years old, and we have a room available in our great apartment. I’m doing a master’s degree in philosophy at Paris 8 university, second year. I live with my girlfriend Mirte, she's 25 years old and currently working at home on her art projects. Our flatmate is called Gaia, she is 27 and works as a model.
Our neighborhood is pretty quiet, close to the 18th arrondissement.

The apartment is 100m², near the Front Populaire metro station. There are three bedrooms; the one available is about 10m² with a large balcony. The living room is 60m², and there’s another balcony connected to the kitchen. There are two bathrooms, two showers, and two toilets.

I’m looking for someone who could move in as soon as possible. It's possible for short and long term. The rent is €595, all charges included (it may vary slightly depending on our energy consumption) 🏵️🏵️

Notre quartier est plutôt calme, près du 18e arrondissement. L'appartement fait 100 m² et se trouve à proximité de la station de métro Front Populaire. Il y a trois chambres ; celle qui est disponible fait environ 10 m² et possède un grand balcon. Le salon fait 60 m² et il y a un autre balcon attenant à la cuisine. Il y a deux salles de bain, deux douches et deux WC. Je recherche une personne disponible rapidement.
