The rent is 950e and deposit 950€.The room is furnished with mattress, bed frame, clothing rack, a clothing shelf and a desk (some items will need to be bought from the previous tenant for 170€). A application file will have to be sent (with 3 Monthly payslips or tax notice, ID scan of you and your guarantor). I am looking for a calm, clean and respectful person 😊

La chambre est meublée d'un matelas, d'un portant, d'une étagère à vêtements et d'un bureau (qui devra être acheté au locataire précédent moyennant des frais de 170€). Un dossier de candidature devra être envoyé (avec 3 fiches de salaire mensuelles ou avis d'impôt, scan de votre pièce d'identité et de votre garant).
