Je mets en location ma chambre, dans une colocation situé au 18, rue Blanche 75009.
L’appartement est grand, il fait un peu plus que 100mq et il se compose de 6 pièces. Il est au 4ème étage, avec ascenseur.

Vous partagerez l’appartement avec John, irlandais de 35 ans et Riccardo, italien de 30 ans.

La chambre a été meublé par le colocataire précédent à qui j’ai racheté les meubles donc je le revends aussi + il faudra racheter les meubles des parties communes (prix plutôt flexible)

La chambre est disponible à partir de la première semaine de juin, idéalement du 1er juin.

On fera des visites à partir du 23 mai.

I am renting out my room in a shared apartment located at 18 Rue Blanche, 75009.
The apartment is spacious, around 100 sqm, and consists of 6 rooms. It is on the 4th floor with an elevator.

You will be sharing the apartment with John, a 35-year-old Irishman, and Riccardo, a 30-year-old Italian.

The room was furnished by the previous roommate, from whom I bought the furniture, so I am also reselling it. You will also need to buy the furniture in the common areas (price is fairly flexible).

The room is available starting from the first week of June, ideally June 1st.

Visits will take place from May 23rd.
