I am offering a room in a flat-share. The beautiful flat is 90m², but the actual room is located three floors above the flat. It is a 9-10m² room under the roof with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room has its own private toilet and sink on the corridor of the same floor. So you don't have to go down the stairs into the apartment to use the toilet or a sink.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room. You can use the apartment at any time and will share it with me (your landlady) and another flat-mate (an Italian student), who lives in the apartment.

The room is furnished and has Wi-Fi. As a bonus, there is a view of the Eiffel Tower.

I am looking for a second flatmate who loves animals, as I have a very friendly dog who loves to party.

The building is located on Boulevard Pereire in a calm and very safe neighbourhood. There is a lovely garden running along the entire boulevard. It is 15 minutes by foot to the Arc de Triomphe with the RER A and RER C. The Metro stations Pereire and Porte de Champerret (Line 3) and Ternes (Line 2) are all very close as well as the Porte de Champerret bus station.

The rent is €950/month, including all costs. The flat is not eligible for APL/CAF.

Ich biete ein Zimmer in einer WG an. Die schöne Wohnung ist 90 m² groß. Das Zimmer ist nicht in der Wohnung selber, sondern befindet sich unter dem Dach drei Stockwerke darüber. Es ist ein 9-10 m² groß und hat einen Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Das Zimmer lässt sich durch ein eigenes extra-Treppenhaus erreichen (das ehemalige "Dienstmädchen-Treppenhaus" und hat eine eigene private Toilette und ein Waschbecken auf dem Flur derselben Etage.
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer.

Man muss die Wohnung also nicht betreten, um auf Toilette zu gehen und hat mit dem Zimmer unter dem Dach seine Privatsphäre. Gleichzeitig kann man aber jederzeit das WG-Leben in der Wohnung genießen, dort die Küche und natürlich das Badezimmer nutzen. In der Wohnung lebt neben mir (Vermieterin) noch eine weitere Mitbewohnerin (ein italienische Studentin).

Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat WLAN sowie als Bonus einen Blick auf den Eiffelturm.

Ich suche eine zweite Mitbewohnerin/einen zweiten Mitbewohner, der/die Tiere mag, da ich eine sehr freundliche Hündin habe.

Das Haus befindet sich am Boulevard Pereire in einem ruhigen und sehr sicheren Viertel. Entlang des gesamten Boulevards gibt es im Mittelstreifen einen schönen Garten. Das Arc de Triomphe ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und von dort fahren die RER-Linien A und C. Die Metrostationen Pereire und Porte de Champerret (Linie 3) und Ternes (Linie 2) ebenso wie der Busbahnhof Porte de Champerret sind ganz in der Nähe.

Die Miete beträgt 950 € pro Monat, inklusive aller Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung ist nicht für APL/CAF berechtigt.

Offro una stanza in un appartamento condiviso. Il bellissimo appartamento è di 90 m², ma la stanza vera e propria si trova tre piani sopra l'appartamento. Si tratta di una stanza di 9-10 m² sottotetto con vista sulla Torre Eiffel. La stanza ha il suo bagno privato e il lavandino nel corridoio dello stesso piano. Quindi non dovrete scendere le scale per usare il bagno o il lavandino.

L'appartamento dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno e un ampio soggiorno. Potrete utilizzare l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento e lo condividerete con me (la vostra padrona di casa) e un altro coinquilino (una studente italiana) che vive nell'appartamento.

La stanza è arredata e dispone di Wi-Fi. Come bonus, c'è una vista sulla Torre Eiffel.

Cerco un secondo coinquilino che voglia restare a Parigi partendo da Gennaio 2026 fino alla fine di Giugno 2026, e che ami gli animali, dato che ho un cane molto amichevole che ama giocare.

L'edificio si trova in Boulevard Pereire, in un quartiere tranquillo e molto sicuro. C'è un bel giardino che si estende lungo tutto il viale. L'Arco di Trionfo è raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi. Le stazioni della metropolitana Pereire (linea 3 e RER C) e Porte de Champerret e (linea 3 e RER A) e Ternes (linea 2) sono tutte molto vicine, così come la stazione degli autobus di Porte de Champerret.

L'affitto è di 950 € al mese, spese incluse. L'appartamento non è idoneo per APL/CAF.
