Salut ! Je quitte ma chambre et je cherche quelqu’un pour reprendre la location à partir du 10 juin, idéalement pour du long terme (pas de location courte durée). Le loyer est de 1 000 € par mois, toutes charges comprises.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, avec la ligne 10 du métro juste en bas et tous les commerces, cafés et commodités à proximité.

La chambre est meublée avec un lit, un bureau et une lampe, avec aussi beaucoup d’espace de rangement pour les vêtements. L’appartement dispose également d’une machine à laver et d’un petit balcon.

Vous partagerez l’appartement avec une étudiante française de 22 ans qui apprécie un environnement propre, calme et tranquille. Elle parle aussi anglais.
