Je loue une chambre lumineuse de 12 m² dans un appartement de 45 m², à partager avec une autre fille. L’appartement est situé au 6ᵉ étage d’un immeuble avec ascenseur et a été récemment rénové, il est donc très lumineux, frais et agréable à vivre.

Un espace dans l’appartement pour ranger une grande valise

L’appartement est entièrement équipé, vous pouvez donc emménager directement et vous installer 🩷

Vous partagerez l’appartement avec une fille de 28 ans, très sympa, qui travaille dans la publicité. Elle est généralement absente pendant la journée, ne fume pas et n’organise pas de soirées. Elle parle français et anglais.

📍 Localisation :
L’appartement se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied du métro Bobigny–Pantin–Raymond Queneau et à 20 minutes de République. Il y a de nombreux supermarchés à proximité et le canal est à 5 minutes à pied : parfait pour se détendre en été.

💸 Les charges supplémentaires (internet et électricité) sont limitées, environ 50 € par mois.

Nous recherchons une fille entre 24 et 35 ans, de préférence avec un travail en mode hybride (pas 100 % télétravail), propre, respectueuse et à l’aise avec le partage des responsabilités ménagères.

I’m renting a bright 12 sqm room in a 45 sqm apartment, shared with one other girl. The flat is located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator and has been recently renovated, so it’s full of natural light and feels fresh and cozy.

In the room you have:
- 2-size bed
– ⁠drawer.
– There is a place in the apartment where you can put 1 big suitcase.

The apartment is FULLY equipped, so you can just move in and live. 🩷

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a super friendly 28-year-old girl who works in advertising. She’s mostly out during the day, doesn’t smoke, and doesn’t host parties. She speaks both French and English.

📍 Location:
The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the Bobigny–Pantin–Raymond Queneau metro station and only 20 minutes from République. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, and the canal is just 5 minutes away on foot, perfect for relaxing during summer.

💸 Additional expenses (internet & electricity) are very limited, around €50 per month.

We’re looking for a girl between 24 and 35 years old, preferably with a hybrid job (not fully remote), who is clean, respectful, and comfortable sharing household responsibilities.
