Il y a un marché tous les deux jours, de nombreux restaurants sympas et tous les commerces nécessaires à la vie quotidienne. À pied, on rejoint également les Buttes-Chaumont en 15-20 minutes, ce qui est un grand avantage au printemps.

La cohabitation est chaleureuse, mais chacun a sa propre routine quotidienne.

On your floor, you have a small bathroom (sink & toilet) for your own use; the shower and kitchen are shared.

The flat is located near the Hoche metro station (line 5), which takes you to Gare Du Nord in 8 minutes. The Le Pré Saint-Gervais market square is right nearby – it's really cute, there's a market every other day and lots of nice restaurants and all the shops you need for everyday life. It's also a 15-20 minute walk to Buttes-Chaumont, which is a big advantage in spring.

My flatmate is often out and about but nevertheless there’s a warm atmosphere in the flatshare with mutual respect for everyone’s needs.
