A room is available in a 2-room apartment with an open kitchen connected to the living room. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a spacious bathroom with toilet inside.

The room itself is small but cosy and comfortable.

📍 Location:
The apartment is ideally located just 3 minutes from Mairie d'Aubervilliers metro station (1 avenue de la République, Aubervilliers).
There is a Franprix right in front of the building and an Auchan about 7 minutes away on foot.

The neighborhood is lively but generally calm.

⚠️ Since the building is very close to the metro, there are currently construction works for a new metro line. It can be a bit noisy at times, but the works should soon move underground, which will significantly reduce the noise.

Une chambre est disponible dans un appartement de deux pièces avec cuisine ouverte sur le salon. L’appartement se situe au 2ᵉ étage et dispose d’une salle de bain assez spacieuse avec WC à l’intérieur.

La chambre est petite mais cosy et agréable.

📍 Localisation :
L’appartement est idéalement situé à 3 minutes du métro Mairie d'Aubervilliers metro station (1 avenue de la République, Aubervilliers).
Un Franprix se trouve juste en face et un Auchan à environ 7 minutes à pied.

Le quartier est vivant tout en restant calme.

⚠️ L’immeuble étant très proche du métro, il y a actuellement des travaux pour la construction d’une nouvelle ligne. Cela peut parfois être un peu bruyant, mais les travaux devraient bientôt passer sous terre, ce qui réduira fortement le bruit.
