Je recherche une colocataire pour partager mon appartement à partir du 1er août 2026 (avec possibilité d’emménager plus tôt, dès le 15 juillet).

La chambre, l’appartement, les lieux:

Il s’agit d’un spacieux 2,5 pièces de 69 m² au centre de Lausanne, à Chauderon. La chambre proposée est la plus grande de l’appartement. Elle dispose d’une grande armoire murale, d’une bibliothèque et, si besoin, d’un lit avec sommier et matelas.

L’appartement comprend également :
• une cuisine habitable avec un petit balcon
• une buanderie commune dans l’immeuble (machines à laver, séchoir et espace pour étendre le linge)
• des voisins très sympas

Conditions:
• Loyer : 800 CHF toutes charges comprises
• Une participation est à prévoir pour une personne qui viendra faire le ménage dans les espaces communs
• Une caution sera demandée
• Chambre disponible dès le 1er août 2026 (possibilité d’emménager dès le 15 juillet)
• Durée minimale de la coloc : 6 mois.

About the room and the flat :

The apartment is a spacious 69 m² flat located in Chauderon, right in the heart of Lausanne. The room available is the largest one in the flat. It comes with a large built-in wardrobe, a bookshelf and, if needed, a bed with mattress and bed base.

The flat and the building also include:
• a large eat-in kitchen with a small balcony
• a shared laundry room in the building (washing machines, dryer and drying area)
• very friendly neighbours

Practical details :
• Rent: CHF 800/month, all bills included
• A small additional monthly contribution will go towards a cleaner for the shared areas
• Deposit requested
• Available from August 1st, 2026 (possible move-in from July 15th)
• Minimum stay: 6 months
