À la recherche d'un·e colocataire à Forest, Bruxelles 🌱 (FLINTA/femme uniquement)
Disponible à partir du 15 juillet,
situé à Forest, à côté de l'arrêt de tram : Union/Wiels.

Je pars après avoir terminé mon master, ma superbe chambre se libère donc.
🛁La chambre fait 20 m² et dispose de sa propre salle de bain. La cuisine et le grand salon/salle à manger sont au cœur de notre vie commune. L’appartement se trouve au troisième étage et est orienté à l’est et à l’ouest, ce qui le rend très lumineux.
👯‍♀️Tu vivras avec Alice et Charline, deux femmes d’une vingtaine d’années qui étudient et travaillent. (appartement de trois personnes) Elles sont toutes deux de langue maternelle française et parlent couramment l’anglais.
🎬Alice (29 ans) termine ses études d’arts. Elle lit des livres féministes et va souvent au cinéma. (Elle quittera l’appartement pendant l’été, une autre chambre sera donc disponible à partir d’août/septembre.)
🌳Charline (26 ans) travaille dans le domaine de la biodiversité. Elle adore les plantes, écouter du rock et faire de la randonnée.
Nous apprécions les petits moments passés ensemble autour d’un dîner ou le week-end. Et nous partageons un quotidien serein.
🏳️‍🌈 Nous recherchons une personne souhaitant s’installer à long terme, âgée de 25 à 29 ans, qui travaille ou termine ses études. Nous accordons de l’importance à une ambiance calme et sécurisante, en particulier pour les membres de la communauté FLINTA.
Nous ne fumons pas à l’intérieur de l’appartement.
💰 Le loyer total, toutes charges comprises, s’élève à 640,31 € par mois, avec une caution de 867,00 €.
Le propriétaire exige un justificatif de revenus ou un garant.
🛏 Certains meubles peuvent être conservés moyennant une petite somme, si vous le souhaitez. La nouvelle machine à laver sera remise au nouveau colocataire (environ 100,00 €, achetée en octobre 2025).
Les visites auront lieu entre le 25 et le 30 juin, en soirée. Important : visites en personne uniquement.

I am leaving after finsihing my master studies, so my beautiful room becomes available.
🛁The room is 20m2 and has its own bathroom. The kitchen and the large living/dining room are the heart of our communal life. The flat on the third floor and oriented to the east and west which makes the flat very bright.
👯‍♀️You’ll be living with Alice and Charline, two women in their late 20s who are studying and working. (flat of three) Both native french speakers and fluent in english.
🎬Alice (29) finishes studies in arts. Reads feminist books and often goes to the cinema. (Will leave the flat during summer, so another room becomes available from August/September.)
🌳Charline (26) works in biodiversity. She loves plants, listening rock music and hiking.
We enjoy little moments together during dinner or the weekend. And share a calm everyday together.
🏳️‍🌈 We are looking for someone who wants to stay long term, is in their mid-late 20s and works or is in late studies. We value a calm and safe athmosphere, espececially to members of the FLINTA community.
We don't smoke inside the flat.
💰The total rent with everything included is 640,31€ per month and a caution of 867,00€.
A proof of income or a guarantor is demanded by the landlord.
🛏 Some of the furniture can stay for a small price, if wanted. The new laundry machine will be handed over to the new roommate (around 100,00€, bought in October 2025).
The visits would take place between the 25.-30.06 in the evening. Important: only in-persons visits.
