Avec un accès facile aux plages, installations sportives, et tous les commerces à proximité, cette colocation offre un cadre de vie agréable et pratique.

- Plages, promenade des Anglais pour faire son footing, terrains de beach-volley, pétanque juste de l’autre côté de la rue
- Tous les commerces essentiels à moins de 50m (Carrefour Market, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac, restaurants, etc.).
- Arrêt de tramway en face de l’appartement : le centre ville de Nice en tramway à 10 minutes (Place Masséna, Vieux-Nice, gare SNCF) et accès rapide vers Antibes, Cannes et Sophia Antipolis.

** Proximité des écoles, universités **
- Moins de 10 minutes à pieds, vélo, tramway ou bus pour rejoindre les campus universitaires (Carlone, Trobata), les facultés de droit, lettres, et la fac de sport.

With easy access to beaches, sports facilities, and all nearby shops, this shared apartment offers a comfortable and convenient living environment.

** Ideal Location **
- Beaches, the Promenade des Anglais for jogging, beach volleyball, and pétanque courts just across the street.
- All essential shops within 50m (Carrefour Market, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, etc.).
- Tram stop in front of the apartment: downtown Nice is just 10 minutes away by tram (Place Masséna, Old Town, SNCF train station), with quick access to Antibes, Cannes, and Sophia Antipolis.

** Close to Schools and Universities **
- Less than 10 minutes by foot, bike, tram, or bus to reach university campuses (Carlone, Trobata), faculties of law, humanities, and the sports faculty.
- The EDHEC is even within walking distance.
