Ma colocataire actuelle quitte l’appartement et je cherche quelqu’un pour la remplacer à partir de septembre. L’appartement, traversant et lumineux, est spacieux pour deux personnes et dispose en bonus d’un balcon.
📍 Situé Porte de la Villette, la ligne 7 et le tram T3b sont accessibles en moins de 5 minutes.

🔎 À savoir : un des côtés de l’appart donne sur une ligne de RER (active en journée mais s'arrête la nuit). La chambre qui se libère est du côté concerné, mais le double vitrage permet d’y vivre sereinement.

La chambre :

10 m²

Meublée (lit + portant)

Grand renfoncement en hauteur pour du stockage

Seul le lit et le portant viennent avec la location, possibilité de garder le bureau (a voir avec la coloc sortante)

À propos de moi :

Je m’appelle Kévin, j'ai 28 ans et je suis designer/scénographe dans l’événementiel et la mode. Sorti des études il y a quelques années, je cherche quelqu’un dans la même tranche d’âge (étudiant·e ou jeune actif·ve). Passionné de cuisine, d’art et de musique, j’aime aussi sortir.
De nature calme et consciencieux, je suis indépendant mais j’attache beaucoup d’importance au respect mutuel en colocation.

La vie à l’appart :

La propreté est essentielle → planning ménage en place, chacun participe

En semaine : ambiance plutôt calme et reposante, mais repas/apéros bienvenus quand l’occasion se présente

Le week-end : occasionellement des soirées (nombreuses salles de concert et clubs dans le coin !)

Profil recherché :
Quelqu’un de calme, respectueux·se et responsable, avec un rythme de travail classique type bureau, et qui partage les mêmes valeurs de vie en coloc.

🔎 Good to know: one side of the flat faces an RER line (Trains run only the day and stop at night) The available bedroom is on that side, but the double-glazed windows make it comfortable and quiet enough to live in.

Cleanliness is important → we use a cleaning schedule, everyone takes part

During the week: calm and relaxing atmosphere, but dinners/drinks are always welcome when the time is right

On weekends: occasional nights out (lots of concert venues and clubs nearby!)
