There is a room available in a house with four (4) bedroom. So it would be you + 3 roommates who are very nice and social. Though we give eachother space as well. The Initial contract would be from 1.3.-31.8.2026. extendable by another year if you so wish. (There is some flexibility on the start dates if necessary.)

The apartment and room is furnished and comes with all the basic amenities like washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, etc. Right next to my (your) room is a balcony, and you can get a nice draft going through the room in the summer time.

The building itself finished construction last year in 2025, so it is brand new. You have two elevators, two bike garages, around a three minute walk to the metro and the tram, and two gyms within 100m radius to name some things. Also there are of course amazing boulangeries close by, and many different supermarkets, and markets nearby as well!
