Suite au départ de deux colocataires, nous recherchons deux nouveaux colocataires à partir du 16 mai 2026.

Triplex atypique situé en plein cœur de Paris, à partager avec 2 autres colocataires :

Lucas, 27 ans, salarié et sportif,
Alek, 28 ans, salarié et bon vivant.

Les chambres disponibles sont situées à l’étage supérieur de l’appartement, offrant un espace plus indépendant.

Chaque chambre fait environ 11m² et les colocataires de cet étage partageront une salle de bain dédiée.

L’appartement est cosy, meublé et entièrement équipé. Location en direct avec les propriétaires.

Ambiance coloc simple et conviviale : chacun est indépendant mais on apprécie les moments partagés de temps en temps. Nous recherchons également des personnes respectueuses des espaces communs.

Following the departure of two roommates, we are looking for two new flatmates starting May 16, 2026.

Unique triplex apartment located in the heart of Paris, to be shared with 2 other roommates:

Lucas, 27, working professional and sporty,
Lukas, 28, working professional and easygoing.

The available rooms are located on the upper floor of the apartment, offering a more independent space.

Each room is approximately 11m² and the tenants on this floor will share a bathroom dedicated to this level.

The apartment is cozy, fully furnished and equipped. Direct rental with the owners.

The flatshare has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere: everyone is independent but enjoys occasional shared moments. We are looking for respectful and clean flatmates.
