La chambre fait 17 m2, les meubles en photo sont à racheter idéalement, mis à part le placard lila(qui part avec le proprietaire). Nous avons une cuisine et une salle de bain équipées. Nous avons également un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver.

👩👩👩Nous sommes 3 personnes : Ximena (du Pérou), Chloé (de France) et Victoria (de Bolivie), toutes âgées de 27 à 30 ans et travaillant à plein temps.

🍷 Notre colocation est conviviale et détendue. Nous sortons de temps en temps pour boire un verre ou organisons des apéros à l'appartement, tout en respectant nos vies indépendantes et en maintenant un environnement propre et ordonné, respectueux des uns et des autres.

Nous recherchons une personne avec un esprit similaire de préférence de la même tranche d'âge (27-30 ans), également en emploi, pour nous rejoindre en 2026, car notre colocataire actuel part vers de nouvelles aventures.

📍 Ideal Location: Carrefour Market just in front, several other shops close by, Jardin Luxembourg within walking distance, and Bon Marché also accessible on foot.

The room is 17 m², furniture in the picture is to be bought ideally, except for the lilac drawer (that the previous roommate will be taking with them). We have an equipped kitchen and bathroom. We also have a dishwasher and a washing machine.

👩‍🦱👩👩 We are 3 people: Ximena (from Peru), Chloé (from France), and Victoria (from Bolivia), all aged between 27 and 30 and working full-time.

🍷 Our colocation is friendly and relaxed. We go out for drinks from time to time or have an apero in the apartment while respecting our independent lives and maintaining a clean and tidy environment, respectful of each other.

We are looking for someone with a similar spirit, also employed in our age range, to join us in 2026, as our current roommate is leaving for new adventures.
