--> L'appartement compris deux toilettes et deux salles de bain. Il y a deux plaques et deux éviers dans la cuisine. L'appartement est équipé d'une machine à laver, d'un sèche-linge et d'un robot aspirateur.
--> Le chauffage est collectif.
--> Situé au premier étage.
--> Pratique pour faire des courses. Il y a un Franprix et une boulangerie à 2 minutes à pied, un centre commercial avec un grand Carrefour à moins de 10 minutes à pied.
--> À 2 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus. Proche de la gare RER B.

--> The apartment has two toilets and two bathrooms. There are two hotplates and two sinks in the kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a drying machine and a robot vacuum cleaner.
--> Heating is collective.
--> Located on the first floor.
--> Very convenient for shopping. There is a Franprix and a bakery at 2-minute walk, a commercial center with a large Carrefour at less than 10 minutes walk.
--> 2 mins walk to the bus stop. Close to RER B station.
--> The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.
