We’re looking for one girl/boy to join us in a shared living space, we’re 2 girls. Short term possible!



About the place:

– The house is spacious (67 m²), bright, and warm

– The available bedroom is 10 m²

– There’s a cozy terrace

– You’re welcome to use everything in the house: stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher, blender, washing machine, microwave, as well as bed linen and towels.



Location:

– 10-minute walk to Colombes train station

– 11 minutes by train to Saint-Lazare (central Paris)

– 3 minutes to a large Carrefour and shops

About 7 minutes walk + 3 minutes tram to the metro, Line 13 (Courtilles).



Terms:

– Rent: €590 + utilities (€100), includes Netflix and Prime (long term) + cleaning lady once a week !

– Security deposit required
