Nous disposons d'une belle pièce dans un appartement très lumineux, d'un salon, d'une cuisine, de deux salles de bain complètes et de trois chambres. L'appartement est situé au cinquième étage avec ascenseur. Dans l'immeuble, il y a un gardien.
Actuellement, nous sommes trois colocataires. Nous sommes très ouverts et sympathiques. Nous parlons français, anglais et espagnol.
Nous cherchons un(e) colocataire pour une des chambres à partir du 1 mars.

We have available a nice room in an apartment with plenty of light, a living room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The apartment is located in a fifth floor with elevator. In the building, there is guardian.
Currently, we are three colocataires. We are very open and friendly. We speak French, English and Spanish.
We are looking to take one of the rooms from 1 March.
