As my exchange semester is coming to an end, I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is bright, 11.5 m², and fully furnished. You’ll be sharing the apartment with Fouzia (20), Cristal (24), and Rabia (26), all students or young professionals. Cristal and Rabia will be staying until March, so from April onwards there’s an opportunity to shape a new apartment dynamic.

Life in the apartment is easy-going and respectful: everyone does their own thing, with the occasional chat. The landlord is also very kind and highly responsive if anything is needed.

📍Location:

7-minute walk to RER B Parc de Sceaux, 30 min to the center of Paris
20-minute walk to RER B Bourg-la-Reine
Right in front of the building: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and some restaurants

📅 Availability:

I would like to find someone to take over the contract from 15.02, but the move-in date is flexible and we can discuss about it.

CAF housing aid eligible. English speakers are welcome (no need to be fluent in French).
I would like to organize viewings as soon as possible, also via video call if you’re not currently in France :)
If you don’t have your own income, the landlord requires a parental guarantee.
