Suite au départ de mon colocataire, je cherche quelqu'un pour le remplacer à partir du 15 avril.

📍 Emplacement : Rue Frédéric Chopin, quartier Mon Désert. Tout est accessible à pied : centre-ville, gare, supermarché, salle de sport, parc Sainte-Marie...

🛏️ La chambre : Exposée à l’ouest, calme, avec un lit double disposant de grands tiroirs de rangement, un bureau, une chaise et un portant à vêtements (penderie).

🏠 L’appartement : Entièrement meublé et équipé. Un grand salon très lumineux (baies vitrées), cuisine ouverte avec lave-vaisselle, débarras et arrière-cuisine.

💰 Bail individuel : 430 €/mois tout compris (eau, électricité, gaz, internet, chauffage). Rien à ajouter !

🔍 Profil recherché : Quelqu'un de sociable et respectueux. Point très important pour nous : l'hygiène et la propreté. Nous cherchons quelqu'un de rigoureux sur l'entretien des parties communes (cuisine, salle de bain) pour garder un cadre de vie agréable pour tous.

👥 Tes futurs colocataires :

Victor (moi) : 28 ans, brésilien, doctorant en Chimie à l'Université de Lorraine.

Un colocataire italien de 26 ans, également doctorant en Droit.

🚲🅿️ Stationnement : Local vélo gratuit + place de parking souterrain en option (50 €/mois).

🔑 Règles : Non-fumeur à l'intérieur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes tardives.

Following the departure of my roommate, I am looking for someone to take over the room starting April 15th.

📍 Location: Rue Frédéric Chopin, Mon Désert neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance: city center, train station, supermarket, gym, Sainte-Marie park...

🛏️ The bedroom: West-facing and quiet. It features a double bed with large storage drawers, a desk, a chair, and a clothing rack (penderie).

🏠 The apartment: Fully furnished and equipped. It has a spacious and bright living room (floor-to-ceiling windows), an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, a storage room, and a utility area (very practical!).

💰 Individual lease: €430/month all-inclusive (water, electricity, gas, internet, heating). No extra fees!

🔍 Ideal roommate: Someone sociable and respectful. A very important point for us: hygiene and cleanliness. We are looking for someone rigorous about maintaining the common areas (kitchen, bathroom) to keep a pleasant living environment for everyone.

👥 Your future roommates:

Victor (me): 28 years old, Brazilian, PhD student in Chemistry at the Université de Lorraine.

An Italian roommate, 26 years old, also a PhD student in Law.
