Suite au départ de mon coloc, une chambre se libère dans mon appartement à partir du 1er avril.

L'appartement est un grand T3 de 83 m² au troisième étage, sans ascenceur et sans balcon. Il est situé sur la place Valmy et comporte un long couloir, qui donne d'un côté sur un grand salon et la cuisine équipée, et de l'autre sur les toilettes et la salle de bain (baignoire et machine à laver). Les chambres sont au fond, celle qui se libère est assez spacieuse (environ 12m²) et est meublée (bureau, chaise, lit double et armoire). Tout l'appartement est déjà meublé et équipé, mais il reste encore pas mal de place pour rajouter ou stocker des choses si tu veux ramener tes meubles (il y a notamment une troisième chambre plus petite qui sert de rangement/stockage). Le loyer est de 892 €, auxquels s'ajoutent 86 € de charges d'agence, 30 € pour internet, et 100 € d'énergie (chauffage au gaz + électricité), pour un total de 1108 € à partager en deux. Ça nous fait donc un loyer par coloc, toutes charges comprises, de 554 €, qui varie un peu en fonction de la consommation de gaz.

Moi c'est Ronan, chercheur de 30 ans, actuellement au chômage et en reconversion professionnelle. J'aime bien cuisiner, souvent en grandes quantités. Passionné de mixologie, je suis aussi maître en préparation de cocktails et diverses décantations expérimentales, et j'aimerais bien me mettre à brasser prochainement. Sinon je fais de la musique dans deux fanfares et une chorale, du vélo, je bricole beaucoup (notamment mon vélo perpétuellement cassé...), et je suis un gros consommateur de films et séries. Et je suis fumeur.

My flatmate is moving out at the end of March, his room becomes available starting April 1st.

The flat has two bedrooms (there is a third, much tinier, bedroom which we use to store our things). It is located on Place Valmy, on a third floor (without lift). With its 83m², it is quite roomy. It opens on a long corridor, with a big living room and the kitchen on one side, the bathroom and toilets on the other one, and the rooms at the end. The available room is fairly large (around 12m²) and is furnished with a desk, chair, bed and closet. The whole flat is already furnished, but we still have a lot of room if you want to bring or store your furniture. The rent is 892€ (NOT including the monthly fees: 86€ building fees, 30€ internet, 100€ electricity and gas). The total rent including fees is 554€ per flatmate.

My name is Ronan, I am a 30 years old researcher (by training). Currently unemployed, I am looking for a different job. I cook a lot, usually in large quantities. I am interested in mixology, and I can prepare all sorts of cocktails and experimental recipes for all sorts of home-made drinks. I would also like to start brewing my beer in the months to come. I am musician playing in two brass bands and a choir. I also spend a lot of time riding my bicycle, and fixing it too, as it seems to keep breaking down hopelessly...
