Salut à tous-tes !

Une place se libère dès le 14 mars 2026 dans ma colocation située en plein cœur du 1er arrondissement de Lyon, proche de la Place des Terreaux.

Pour me présenter, je m’appelle Julie et je suis l’actuelle coloc de Lytcia (qui s’envole vers de nouvelles aventures !). J’ai 26 ans et je fais une thèse en chimie-microbiologie. Dans la vie, je suis plutôt chill et respectueuse de l’espace de chacun, mais toujours partante pour un verre improvisé, une soirée sympa ou une discussion passionnée qui finit à 3h du mat. J’adore manger, refaire le monde autour d’un bon plat, et embarquer les gens dans mes passions comme la plongée sous-marine ou la rando.

À propos de l’appartement :
L'appartement de 60 m² est lumineux et situé au 4e étage d'un immeuble charmant. Il se compose de deux chambres, d’un séjour agréable, d’une cuisine équipée, et d’une salle de bain.
La chambre à louer fait environ 15 m² et très lumineuse. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche des commerces, des transports en commun (métro/bus/ vélov) et des lieux culturels. Le logement est éligible aux APL.

Profil recherché :
Afin de maintenir un bon équilibre dans la colocation, je recherche une personne dans la vie active ou encore étudiante, respectueuse de son lieu de vie et force de proposition pour faire vivre la colocation.

Conditions d'entrée dans le logement:
Le logement est sous agence, il faudra fournir (futur locataire et garant) :
- 1 pièce d'identité
- 3 dernières fiches de paye
- 3 dernières quittances de loyer
- 3 derniers avis d'imposition
- Taxe foncière si le garant est propriétaire
- Garant physique obligatoire (pas de garantie Visal)

A room will be available from March 14th 2026 in my flatshare, located right in the heart of Lyon’s 1st arrondissement, close to Place des Terreaux.

A little about me: I’m Julie, currently sharing the flat with Lytcia (who’s off to new adventures!). I’m 26 and doing a PhD in chemistry–microbiology. I’m pretty chill and respectful of everyone’s space, but always up for an impromptu drink, a fun night out, or a passionate conversation that somehow ends at 3am. I love food, solving the world’s problems over a good meal, and getting people excited about my favorite activities like scuba diving and hiking.

About the apartment:
The 60 m² flat is bright and located on the 4th floor of a charming building. It has two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The available bedroom is about 15 m² and very bright. The apartment is ideally located, close to shops, public transportation (metro/bus/Vélo’v), and cultural spots. The flat is eligible for housing assistance (APL).

Who I’m looking for:
To keep a great balance in the flatshare, I’m looking for a young professional or student who is respectful of their living space and keen to actively contribute to a friendly, lively home atmosphere.

Application requirements (agency-managed lease):
The flat is managed by an agency. Future tenant and guarantor must provide:
- ID
- Last 3 payslips
- Last 3 rent receipts
- Last 3 tax returns
- Property tax document if the guarantor owns property
- A physical guarantor is mandatory (Visale guarantee not accepted)
