Nous cherchons une nouvelle personne pour intégrer cette super coloc de 4 personnes en plein centre de Grenoble.

L'appartement

Localisation idéale
- situé au croisement Alsace Lorraine / Jean Jaurès, à 5 min du centre ville et 10 min à pied de la gare
- tout à proximité : supermarchés, pharmacie, librairies, cafés, resto, bars, marché de l'Estacade à 10 min, place Victor Hugo à 5 min
- Transports : les trams A et B passent littéralement devant la porte de l'immeuble, et le E est à 1 min

Intérieur spacieux et cosy
- 6è étage avec ascenseur
- très lumineux
- grand salon exposé plein sud avec magnifique vue sur le Vercors et Belledonne
- long balcon filant exposé sud pour bouquiner au soleil
- grande cuisine + garde manger
- deux salles de bains
- des placards et des rangements à ne plus savoir quoi en faire
- abri à vélo sécurisé
- cave

La chambre
- environ 13m² avec une vue sur la Bastille et la Chartreuse
- beaucoup d'espaces de rangements (penderie, placards, étagères)
- meublée avec un lit 2 places
- disponible autour du 1er juin (date exacte à discuter)

Les habitant·es
Nous sommes trois à rester dans l’appartement :

Rhia : 32 ans, toujours partante pour des aventures à la montagne ou pour refaire le monde autour d'un cafe. Passionnée de beaucoup de choses, je papillonne entre 1000 hobbies et expériences plus au moins réussies.

Pacôme : 37 ans, data scientist. Un peu cinéphile, un peu musicien. Aime courir en montagne, actuellement en pleine phase culinaire clafoutis, et aime découvrir de nouvelles choses étranges en général.

Matthieu : 39 ans, essaie d’équilibrer son temps entre du sport (escalade, randonnées, course à pied), de l’associatif, du dessin, lecture et écoute de podcasts en tous genres

Scotty & Forest : 2 chats, l'un timide, l'autre pas du tout.

L’ambiance de la coloc est chaleureuse et assez simple : on aime partager des repas, cuisiner ensemble, discuter, regarder des films ou improviser des soirées fondue ou focaccia, tout en gardant aussi chacun·e son espace et son rythme.

Notre nouveau/elle coloc idéal/e :
- idéalement une fille pour respecter la parité, mais on n'est pas complètement obtus non plus
- quelqu'un·e +/- dans la même tranche d'âge (28 - 43 ans)
- aime un peu la vie en communauté

Les étrangers sont les bienvenus ! (nous parlons anglais)
La coloc est queer/LGBTQIA+ friendly.

We’re looking for a new person to join this lovely 4-person flatshare right in the center of Grenoble 💛

## The apartment

### Perfect location

* located at the intersection of Alsace Lorraine / Jean Jaurès, 5 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes’ walk from the train station
* everything nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, bookstores, cafés, restaurants, bars, the Estacade market (10 min away), and Place Victor Hugo (5 min away)
* Public transport: tram lines A and B literally stop right outside the building, and line E is 1 minute away

### Spacious and cosy interior

* large south-facing living room with amazing views of the Vercors and Belledonne mountains
* long south-facing balcony, perfect for reading in the sun
* large kitchen + pantry
* two bathrooms
* more cupboards and storage space than you’ll know what to do with
* secure bike storage
* cellar/storage room

## The room

* around 13m² with views of the Bastille and the Chartreuse mountains
* lots of storage space (wardrobe, cupboards, shelves)
* furnished with a double bed

## The flatmates

Three of us are staying in the apartment:

**Rhia** — 32, always up for mountain adventures and deep chats over a beer or coffee. I have a bunch of hobbies and projects that I cycle through (knitting, drawing, climbing, fermenting, growing mushrooms...)

**Pacôme** — 37, data scientist. A bit of a film nerd, a bit of a musician. Loves trail running, currently deep into a clafoutis cooking phase, and generally enjoys discovering strange new things.

**Matthieu** — 39, trying to balance time between sports (climbing, hiking, running), community work, drawing, reading, and listening to all kinds of podcasts.

**Scotty & Forest** — 2 cats, one shy, the other very much not.

The atmosphere in the flat is warm and easygoing: we enjoy sharing meals, cooking together, chatting, watching films, or having occasional fondue or focaccia evenings, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.

## Our ideal new flatmate

* ideally a woman to keep the gender balance in the flat, but we’re not completely rigid about it
* someone roughly in the same age range (28–43)
* someone who enjoys a bit of community living

International people are very welcome! (we speak English at home)
