Nous sommes un couple d’étudiants en master à l’EPFL et on dort dans la deuxième chambre. L’appartement se situe à 20 min en transport de l’EPFL. Il se situe à côté de l’arrêt EPSIC, du tramway et de l’arrêt Vigie du métro 1. Il est à côté du centre ville de Lausanne et à proximité des supermarchés migros, coop et Lidl. On vis également avec un chat calme.
L'appartement comprend: 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 1 cuisine équipée, des WC séparés, 1 séjour/salle à manger, 1 balcon, 1 jardinet, 1 buanderie commune à l'immeuble. Il est au RdC et le loyer est de 1000.- ménage inclus et charges comprises exceptées l’électricité.

It is located next to the EPSIC stop, a tram stop and the Vigie (M1 metro) station. It’s close to Lausanne city centre and within walking distance of Migros, Coop, and Lidl supermarkets. We also live with a calm cat.
