The building is very close to the centre of Lausanne (15 min. walk) and therefore to all the usual amenities: Coop, Migros, Carnadis, Post Office, Les Docks, M1 (Montelly), 16 (Belvédère), 19 (Prélaz), 17 at 5min. Parking space in local garage (to be rented additionally for approx. 210 CHF/month). Logistically, it is very conveniently located. Flat life: The flat will be shared with three Argentinian (M) - Slovakian (M) - French/Swiss (M) flatmates who have their respective passions (gaming, chess, dancing salsa, gym, science, photography etc.). The main language in the flat is English. 1 of us works as Software Engineers, doing home office most of the time. The others are a PhD student in Physics and a Robotics Engineer. We are friendly, open-minded, respectful, laid-back and, most importantly, good-natured. A typical evening shared with us includes a well-cooked meal, banter, movie night, chatting away or the occasional party!
Your profile: We are looking for someone who fits our flatmate profile and is easy-going, chill, open-minded, but at the same time responsible when it comes to the shared flat chores and respectful of each other’s space and peace. Empathy, respect and kindness are key values in our flat; selfish, uninvolved or rude individuals will not be a fit. Ideally, we are looking for someone whom we can welcome as a friend as well, someone we can hang out and enjoy day-to day life with, help each other out, etc. Strong preference for individuals staying for at least 1 year.
