Hello, my name is Glen, 46, working as a visual arts teacher and interpreter based in Lausanne. My flatmate, who is the main holder of the contract, is bailing out and I have the opportunity to take over the lease starting from June 15, 2026.
For this reason, I am looking for someone who can share the lease and the appartment with me.
Ideally, my future flatmate is over 35 but I remain open to evaluate any situation and need.
The idea is to share a super appartment and not "just" rent a room. The place is 3 minutes walk from Lausanne Gare, 1 minute from M2 Grancy, 10 minutes walk to the lake.
We should apply to the agency not later than March 10, 2026.
