One of our roommates is moving out, so a large furnished room will be available in our lovely flatshare in Contamines from April !
You would be sharing the apartment with four others — we’re all around 30 years old, working in different fields, and the atmosphere at home is friendly, relaxed, and respectful 🙂
Currently we are three men and two women (including the person leaving the room).
The room is 28 m², furnished, west-facing, and facing the street.
The apartment itself is very spacious (170 m²) with high ceilings and plenty of common space, so everyone can enjoy both social moments and privacy.
There is a sublet agreement, including a furniture inventory and basic house guidelines (nothing unusual), with a 500 CHF deposit.
Rent: 1250 CHF/month
Utilities: ~87 CHF/month (internet, electricity, cleaning service)
Minimum stay: 3 months

• One bathroom with bath/shower
• Separate toilet
Location:
Fantastic location in Champel / Contamines, just a few minutes from Parc Bertrand, about 10 minutes’ walk to Rive, Eaux-Vives and the Old Town, and well connected with bus lines 1, 5, 8 and 25.

Un de nos colocataires quitte l’appartement, donc une grande chambre meublée sera disponible dans notre belle et colocation aux Contamines à partir d'avril !

L’appartement est très spacieux (170 m²) avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et beaucoup d’espace commun, ce qui permet à chacun de profiter de moments partagés tout en gardant son intimité.
Il y a un contrat de sous-location, incluant l’inventaire du mobilier, quelques règles de vie commune simples, ainsi qu’une caution de 500 CHF.
Loyer : 1250 CHF / mois
Charges : environ 87 CHF / mois (internet, électricité, service de ménage)
Durée minimale : 3 mois
